Coach Bio

Age: 36

Personal: I am a happily married father of two great kids Lilly (5) and Aaron (2 ). My full time job is as an Air Traffic Controller at Dobbins ARB in Marietta, GA. My second "job" (and real passion) is as a Coach for The Sportfactory. I enjoy coaching these amazing athletes and helping them acheive their athletic goals. They also serve as and inspiration to me in my training, after all I can't let them beat me!! I started doing triathlons in the Army. My first event was a reverse sprint in Doha, Kuwait while deployed in support of Operation Desert Thunder. I concentrated on distance running at first and then made the switch full time to triathlon in 2002. Since then I have completed over 40 events of all distances from Sprint to Ironman.
