Personal: I'm a Construction Engineer in a fast paced competitive field. I come from a very active New England family where team sports, and individual sports are part of the culture.

Georgia is such a wonderful state to live and play in, there is so much to do here year round. From beautiful weather to the great food, and the sensational music scene it's hard to imagine living anywhere else.

Living this healthy life with good friends, having fun training, and competing always provides learning for me to grow with. I have met so many incredible people through racing and training it really makes the competing very fun.

2008 Goals: 2008 is dedicated to winning the Age Group at Du Nationals, and at Short Course Worlds in Italy. Winning the overall at the inaugural Rock & Roll Man 1/2 Ironman Duathlon.
Winning the masters/age groups at Chattanooga, West Point and Indian Springs Triathlons.
And last but not least.....
Winning all masters/age groups at the 10k's I enter: Silver Comet, 10K Classic, and The Strong Legs
