Age: 40

Personal: Married to Mike Tindol, accomplished triathlete and cyclist. Two step children, Russell and Nicole. I am a personal trainer for Bodyrich Fitness Company in Duluth I got into triathlons by participating in The Leukemia/Lymphoma Society's Team in Training program. I have also mentored and helped coach in 2002 for TNT. I enjoy competing to try to better myself physically and mentally. I have met some great friends through TNT and the Frazier Cycling group.

Athletic Accomplishments: Triathlon All American Honorable Mention in 2004. Placed 2nd OA Atlanta Women's Sprint 2004, Placed 3rd OA Chattanooga Dam Triathlon 2004, Placed 3rd OA Bandit's Challenge Race 2004, 1st in AG Tugaloo 2004, 1st AG West Point Tri 2004. Placed 1st AG Chattanooga Riverfront 2006, 1st AG Atomic Man 1/2 IM 2006, 2nd AG Atlanta Women's Sprint 2006, 3rd AG Indian Springs Sprint 2006. Have completed 4 Ironmen races (IM FL 2001 & 2006, IM Canada 2003 and IM Austria 2002). Gulf Coast 1/2 IM - 5:01:51, placed 3rd in AG and 13th OA (PR); ING ATL Marathon, 3:47, qualified for Boston, PR; John Tanner Sprint, 1:04:42, 1st AG and 4th OA;Richard B Russell Intl, 2:10:03, 2nd AG, 5th OA;Mistletoe sprint/duathlon, 1st AG;High Falls Sprint, 1:13:48,2nd AG;IM Austria,11:33:28,PR,9th AG;Westpoint Olympic,2:27:41,1st AG, 2nd OA Tri the Parks Series.

2008 Goals: Boston Marathon, Gulf Coast Half IM, Chattanooga tri, South Carolina Half IM and IM FLA.
