Athletic Accomplishments: 2006 was my first year racing after recovering from an injury...I placed 2nd F35-39 at Whistlestop, Fort Yargo, Twisted Ankle Half-Marathon, Emerald Pointe, and Chateau Elan Duathlon. I placed 1st overall at Richard Russell Duathlon..

2007 Goals: My #1 goal this season is to complete Ironman Brazil healthy and having fun. I also look forward to enjoying this year's Tri-the-Parks series and as many trail races as I can find.
