Eric Limkemann
Eric is a professional triathlete pursuing his dream at the highest level of the sport. The 2007 USAT Rookie of the Year has gone on to achieve great results as a pro, including winner of the 2010 Chattanooga Waterfront Triathlon
Eric shares his passion and enthusiasm with his coaching clients. He is an American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) Level 3 swim coach and a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. Eric has a Master’s Degree is Exercise Physiology, and understands coaching science and the human body. He has attended Triathlon World Championship events, National Championships, and numerous ITU sanctioned events around the world as both an athlete and a coach, as well as USA Swimming National Championship, NCAA Swimming National Championship, and Junior National Championship races. His dual perspectives of competitive athlete and experienced coach give you access to tremendous resources.
Eric enjoys working with athletes of all levels. Under his guidance athletes have recently accomplished goals ranging from completing their first sprint triathlon, dropping thirty minutes off of a half Ironman, swimming pain-free, to making finals at USA Swimming Nationals. Eric believes that clear communication and consistent program evaluation are the keys to reaching goals at any level. Eric also believes in racing for a cause, purpose, and with integrity. He is an active “Blazeman Warrior” and supports The Sport Factory’s cause, “My First Bike.” He proudly donates a portion of all of his prize money and coaching fees to charity.
