Amber Sweeden

Amber received her BS in Dietetics and Nutrition from Illinois State University in 1999. She also minored in Exercised Science. Amber is ACE Certified as a Personal Trainer, and is also educated in pre and post natal care, core stability, stretching, and is a certified in World Thai Kickboxing. Amber also has experience working with clients suffering from Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. Amber's philosophy is to make training fun, challenging, and energizing, and bring a great attitude to each session.
