Lisa Marshall

Lisa Marshall is exceptionally experienced not only as a swim instructor but as a triathlete, and understands the unique demands of the triathlon swim. With numerous overall placements, masters and age group wins she was named "Top Ten Amateur" by Atlanta Sport Fitness Magazine in 2005, USAT SE region Masters champion 2007, USAT All American for the past 5 yrs, team USA member since 2005, competing in World Championships in Hawaii, Hamburg and Vancouver.

Lisa is equally active in supporting her sports as a Community Coach for Alpharetta HS Swim/Dive team, past officer of now defunct tri club Tri Atlanta, former board member of Dynamo Swim Club, a Dynamo swim instructor, and Aqautics Director for Windward Lake Club. She is also active in promoting and donating her time to the "Iron Kids" program.

Lisa provides private swim instruction by the half hour. Stroke deficiencies will be identified and addressed in this time, and then the athlete may practice on their own. The first lesson includes video taping, stroke analysis, drills and instruction, with follow up email recapping the lesson, drills and a workout to work on your technique.  Depending on your needs follow up lessons will be set.

Swim instruction rate:  $55 per half hour session.
