Coach Matt Russ is available for consultation by the hour. With over 17 years experience and perspective, which includes working with numerous professional athletes, he can help you find the answers you are looking for. Consultation rate is $100 per hour. Prior to the consultation he will ask to set an agenda, and for required information and data to review. Consultations may be conducted by phone or in person.

- Pre/Post race review.
- Race day pacing and/or nutritional planning.
- Equipment selection and evaluation.
- Cycling power data review and profiling. Utilizing your power meter.
