Yoga For Triathletes

Did you know that the incidence of injury with Ironman training is as high as 90%!  Athletes tend to place way too much emphasis on applying training stress and volume, when in fact an equal amount of emphasis should be placed upon active recovery, flexibility and joint range of motion, restoring body balance and strength.

Join us for a Yoga class designed especially to meet the needs of endurance athletes, although all are welcome.  We will work on expanding our bodies and minds to prevent injury, practice our focus, and prepare for the season ahead.  The perfect "off season" tool to create a stronger platform to build your next season upon, and is VERY beginner friendly.

Class Dates/Time

Monday at 6:30pm starting 9/24/2012

Cost
$10 per session team members/$12 non-members.  Purchase a six session punch card good for The GRIND, Strength Training for Endurance Athletes, Yoga, or Masters Swimming.
