Yoga For Triathletes
Join us for a Yoga class designed especially to meet the needs of endurance athletes, although all are welcome. We will work on expanding our bodies and minds to prevent injury, practice our focus, and prepare for the season ahead. The perfect "off season" tool to create a stronger platform to build your next season upon, and is VERY beginner friendly.
Monday at 6:30pm starting 9/24/2012
$10 per session team members/$12 non-members. Purchase a six session punch card good for The GRIND, Strength Training for Endurance Athletes, Yoga, or Masters Swimming.
