General Fitness Plans
Are you having trouble putting an effective plan together? To reach your fitness goals you must have the right combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and nutrition. The Sport Factory can design a fully custom general fitness plan that incorporates your favorite activities and allows you to monitor your diet using our online nutrition software. The same principals we use to coach our athletes are applied to your general fitness plan, such as goal setting, accountability, fitness progression, heart rate training, and proper intensity. Your plan is fully custom and specific to your needs and a coach is assigned to monitor and adjust it as needed.

Silver Package: Our most popular coaching package. Training schedules often need to be adjusted as life intervenes. This level of fitness coaching offers a high degree of flexibility in your training plan and is perfect for the busy person who would like to maximize their training time, and would prefer greater interaction with their fitness coach. The plan is completely customized to your needs, such as available weekly training hours, days you prefer to exercise, favorite activities, and your plan is modified and adjusted weekly as needed to keep you moving forward as efficiently as possible. Unlimited emails, and calls may be scheduled weekly by appointment as needed. Basic nutritional counseling is included as well as dietary software to monitor daily nutrition. Start-Up fee of $125.00. $150.00 per 4 week training block.
Bronze Package: This level of coaching offers a fully customized, monitored, and specific fitness plan at a more economical price point. The Bronze level is for the individual that does not need a lot of changes and modifications to their plan, and can train consistently, yet still wants to work under the direction and assistance of an expert fitness coach. The plan is built in 4 week blocks according to your individual needs, goals, and ability. As with all levels of fitness coaching the client keeps a daily log of their training, diet, and stress levels. At the end of the four week block the fitness coach evaluates the client's progress and performance, discusses with them. In the interim your coach is available via email for support and questions. Basic sport nutrition parameters are included and athlete has the ability to self monitor their diet. Start-Up fee of $100.00. $100.00 per 4 week training block.
