Private Swim Instruction

If you want to improve your swim time, economy and form must be addressed. Even if you are an exceptionally fit athlete, it is difficult to get faster without learning to move more efficiently through the water. This means having some professional eyes on you and addressing your key limiters to improvement utilizing the drills and coach feedback. 

Our instructors have decades of swim coaching experience, and can greatly speed up the learning process through under water video analysis in a safe and non-intimidating environment.
