Coach: Richard Klepacz
Age: 34
Personal: I am originally from Boston, MA and moved down to Atlanta with my family in 1980. I graduated from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. I am currently working at a small animal practice, Mountain Park Plaza Animal Hospital, in Roswell. I enjoy practicing medicine and the satisfaction of helping family pets live a long, healthy life. I have been married for 3 plus years to my beautiful wife, Jaydene. She is originally from Winnipeg, MB and came down to Kennesaw State University on scholarship for cross country. She runs for the Atlanta Track Club women's elite team. We have 3 kids - Kelsey(boxer), Kiwi, and Kaze(our 2 cats).

I became interested in Triathlon as an undergrad student at NC State University. I was hooked after taking a .P.E course specifically geared toward triathlon. As a triathlete for the past 15 years, I have been amazed with the continued growth of the sport at all levels. Triathlon is more than just a hobby to me, it is a way of life. I enjoy not only the competition, but also the friendships I have made with other triathletes along the way.

I have completed 2 ironmans - Ironman Florida(2001) and Ironman Arizona(2007). I have competed for the U.S. National team at the ITU World Championship in 1999, 2004, and 2005.
