Coach: Jon Adamson

Age: 42

Personal: I am a 42 yr old wife and mother of two boys, Alex (13) and Clay (10). I teach swim lessons for the Sport Factory and I coach the Alpharetta HS swim team. I find teaching and coaching swimming extremely rewarding. I have been competing in triathlons for 7 seasons now and enjoy them more every year. I grew up swimming competitively and now triathlons have filled that void of not competing for many years. I'm looking forward to a very successful season in 2008.

In 2007 I was the overall winner of Whistlestop Duathlon, the Masters winner of St. Anthony's and Memphis in May and placed 8th at Age Group Nationals in Portland, OR for 40-44AG.
