Smoothie For Endurance

HEALTHY ENDURANCE SUPREME


(makes 2 servings of 10 - 12 oz. each


1 cup lowfat milk

1 tubs lowfat vanilla yogurt (8 oz.)

2 bananas

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 cup ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until texture is smooth and free of ice.
