About The Sport Factory

The Sport Factory was established in 1999 by Head Coach Matt Russ, and has grown into one of the most successful endurance sport coaching companies in the country, credited with over 100 wins, six National Champion titles and a World Champion Title.

Our concept is to mirror the extensive resources of the Olympic Training Centers and apply them to endurance athletes of all ages on the regional level.  As a USA Triathlon Certified Performance Center we have met the exacting qualifications of the governing body of triathlon.

Our coaches must pass a rigorous competency exam to enter our Associate Coach training program and must be licensed by the governing body of the sport they coach.  They must be knowledgeable, passionate, and caring individuals that treat the coach/athlete relationship with the utmost respect.

Our Junior Elite Prgram has produced some of the top Juniors in the country with the goal of one day developing an Olympic hopeful.  Not only do we develop great athletes, we promote leadership, philanthropy, sportsmanship, and charactor building.  We are proud of our athletes accomplishments but even more proud of the character we have helped form.
