Bike Fit Pricing / Payment

IMG_0197.JPG
Our pricing structure is very competitive within the industry.  Our desire is to create an ongoing relationship with the customer, and to ensure their fit meets their expectations.  All of our fit processes start with a dialog on riding type and weekly mileage, goals, injury history, and comfort issues.

  • 30 Day Free Adjustment Policy- A new position may require minor adjustments as you acclimate, especially in the case of an over use injury.  For this reason we offer free adjustments within 30 days of your initial fit.  We demand 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Basic Fit $100- Ensures you are positioned on your bike correctly for competitive level, sport type, comfort, and power, but does not address foot/pedal interface.  Approximately 1 hour. Measurements are marked on the bike.
  • Refit $50- Your fit may need to evolve as you progress in your sport, and it is better for the athlete to make smaller changes over time allowing the body to acclimate.  We will refit you for just $50 on the same bike as long as there is no equipment change, (ex. seat, handlebar, crank, pedal system).
  • Advanced Fit $150-A more detailed fit process that includes rider observation and before/after video clips, foot/pedal interface correction or adjustment, or a fit that includes the physical addition of aerobars. Measurements are marked on the bike.
  • Advanced Fit with Economy Analysis $250- Our most detailed process that analyzes economy and technique as well as fit.  We begin with a spin scan analysis of power production, then video from 360 degrees using Laseralign.  Next a biomechanical assessment is conducted of flexibility and any leg or arm length discrepancies noted.  We incorporate this information into the fit as necessary, but also instruct the athlete on how to improve pedaling form and economy.
Stand Alone Services/Parts
  • Foot / Pedal Interface $45- Ensures your cleats are positioned properly for power, and that they match your natural biomechanics (pigeon toed, duck footed, leg length discrepancy). Varus/valgus (tilt of the foot) is measured to determine tilt of the foot. Adjustments are made to foot bed via shims or inserts for optimal alignment.
  • Video Analysis- $75 per hour- To address cycling form, economy, technique, economy, and injury prevention.
  • Spin Scan $45- A computerized graphic analysis of where you are producing power (or not) throughout your pedal stroke.  Spin scan technology can be used to identify strength or power imbalance from left to right.
  • Parts- We stock a wide variety of stems, shims, and parts, however we are located just a few blocks away from Roswell Bicycles.  If you are in need of new components we can offer a 10% discount with your fit.
