The Tri All 3 Sports Velosafe is the most secure way to ensure your bike arrives to your race safely. The bike is fixed in such a way that there is little contact with the outside of the container which causes most damage.

Please note: rental does not include packing of your bicycle!

In consideration of the rental fee, I accept for use, the Power Tap, Computrainer, or Bike Carrier Box (�Equipment�) indicated and accept full financial responsibility for the care of the Equipment while it is in my possession. I am responsible for the replacement, at full value, of the equipment not returned to The Sport Factory. I agree to return the Equipment by the agreed date and time to The Sport Factory location between the hours of 7am-7pm week days. If not timely returned, I shall pay a late fee of $25.

I am responsible for mounting the equipment to my bike, for packing my bike in the carrier box, and for reading the instruction manuals for proper use and function.

Do you understand that you are responsible for packing, loading, mounting, and adjusting all equipment you rent?

I understand and agree

I accept the Equipment �as is� and hereby confirm that it is my responsibility to conduct an immediate inspection of the Equipment prior to use and to inform the Renter of any damaged or missing parts. I agree the Renter provides no warranties of any kind express or implied. I agree that the renter is not responsible for flat tires. During my use of the equipment I agree to immediately inform Renter of any condition of the equipment which, in my opinion, may be considered as damaged, unsafe or unusable. I agree to keep the Equipment in good condition and repair and will not make any modifications to the equipment. I am liable for any and all costs of every kind incurred for the replacement or repair of the Equipment regardless of cause.

The Equipment at all times remains the exclusive property of Renter. I agree not to remove, modify or trade parts on the Equipment. At all times the equipment will remain within my possession.

I agree Renter is not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind or nature as a result of the Equipment�s installation or use. I hereby release Renter, its employees, owners, affiliates, agents, officers, directors and the manufacturers and distributors of the Equipment (collectively �Providers�) from all liability for injury, death, property loss and damage of every kind and nature which results from the installation or use of the Equipment in any way,including all liability which results from the negligence of Providers, or any other person or cause. I further agree to defend and indemnify Providers for any loss or damage, including any that results from claims or lawsuits for personal injury, death and property loss and damage related in any way to the installation or use of the Equipment. I accept the terms and conditions of this contract. This document constitutes the final and entire agreement between Renter and the undersigned. I have carefully read this Agreement and Release of Liability and fully understand its terms and conditions.
