VO2 Testing For General Fitness
Optimize your efforts and work smarter, not harder! Using a wall chart or perceived exertion to estimate exercise intensity can differ by as much as 30 beats per minute from correct intensity. Testing will enable you to work in your personal target zones and yield optimal results, such as fat burning. Your test results will also indicate the amount of calories burned at different intensities, baseline fitness level, recovery, and Body Mass Index.
Post test we will discuss the results and your fitness in detail and you will receive a print out of the results.
