Session Schedule and Format

What We Will Teach
8 instructional sessions with focus on run, bike, transitions, safety, nutrition, and triathlon swim skills.  Each session will have a focus on skills and techniques.  Participants will be engaged in a variety of activities and drills to reinforce the skills presented at each session.  The sessions will have a heavy emphasis on speed, agility, age appropriate strength training, balance, and running/biking techniques and skills sets.  
  

Sessions

Includes team t-shirt, access to all 8 instructional sessions and clinics, 20% in the proshop for both kid/parent, access to TSF Performance tent at the team races with at least 1 coach present at all races, and 20% off any Speed/Agility camps and classes.

April 14th--welcome, parent meeting, run form at TSF

• April 21st--bike off campus (location TBA)
• May 5th—Swim Atlanta Roswell for triathlon specific instruction (2-3pm)
• June 2nd—Transitions and “Bricks” at TSF—bring all triathlon gear!
• June 9th RACE in Gainesville
• June 23rd—bike session off campus (location TBA)--don't forget your helmets!
• July 7th RACE at Windward
• July Break---no sessions
• August 4th—at TSF—bring all of your gear—focus on run and transitions
• August 18th—bike off campus (location TBA)--bring all of your gear we will do transitions too!
• September 8th at TSF--final session/celebration/final IronKids Prep—bring all your gear!
• September 15th RACE IronKids Alpharetta--Wills Park
