Learn About Team Sport Factory

The Sport Factory supports a three team system; elite, age group, and club. What separates us from other athlete sponsors is that we are not just invested in our team member's results; we are invested in our team members. The Sport Factory provides the resources athletes need to take their performance to the next level; everything from bike fitting, to VO2 testing, nutritional counseling, and video analysis. Our team members get special discounts on Sport Factory services, from exclusive retailers, and have sports medicine professionals, team mechanics, massage therapists, and chiropractors at their disposal. Best of all are the quarterly events and outings in which you get to know your team members.

Elite Team: Our elite team in comprised of athletes that have placed overall in races but are not necessarily pro, and are capable of competition on a national level. Our goal is to catch these athletes on their way up; honing and developing their talents to the highest degree. Our elite athlete's may receive coaching services, specialty services, and / or cash bonus' for overall race placements. Contracts are on a case by case basis. These athletes must also take a more active role in supporting our teams programs and marketing our services. If you would like to apply for our elite team, please submit your application by October of each season.

Age Group Team: Our age group team is comprised of athletes that consistently place in their age group. This can be on the local level. Our age group team members receive a full team kit and select specialty services deeply discounted. Our coaches and Registered Dietician are on hand to assist and consult with team members free of charge. Younger team members are assigned a mentor, and Team Sport Factory has quarterly social events and group work outs that allow you to get to know your fellow competitors. We are committed to helping athletes of all age groups achieve their true potential. You can apply to be a member of our age group team at any time of the year. Submit your application

Club Team: Anyone may join our club team and we encourage you to do so. Club members join The Sport Factory "family" and are invited to attend all club social events, access to our message board, group training, and get their own web page. Younger club members will receive a team mentor to help them develop their talents and abilities. They receive a 20% discount on all of our one to one coaching services, and $25 off their start up fee for custom coaching services. Club members also receive a team tri jersey and Headsweat hat or visor. The cost of joining the club is a one time fee of $75. Join our club team
